Horse trip ends in Bluff

PA Invercargill Six months of “hoofing it” the length of New Zealand to raise money for Bangladesh flood victims ended for two women tourists in Bluff yesterday. Tracey Elliot-Reep, from Devon, England, and Ali Gough, from Scotland, finished a journey which started at Cape Reinga on November 18.

While tired after finishing the last leg of their journey from Invercargill to Bluff yesterday afternoon, the two women were satisfied with their achievement. They have raised $5500. They will try to sell their horses in Gore today and are anxious to find them good homes.
