Indecent invitation
A man invited two tourists to do an indecent act on him in a city street early on Tuesday. The pair were walking to their hotel along Armagh Street when they were approached by the man, aged in his late 20s or early 30s. When they refused he performed an indecent act in front of them. He is described as European, 173 cm tall, medium build, collar-length brown hair, clean shaven, and was wearing a navy or black sweatshirt. He had a black cloth over his head, possibly underpants.
