NEWTON, Elsie — On April 22. 1989. at the Burwood Hospice (after a short Illness), dearly loved wife of John, much loved mother of Stuart, beloved daughter of Lillian and the late Eric Spencer (Whakatane). and loved sister and sister-in-law of Cath and the late Bill Smith (Whakatane), and Ivy and John Hird (England).
