Retailer wound up
Williams White Dove, Ltd, which has appliance retail shops in Sydenham and Upper Riccarton, was ordered to be wound up by Master Hansen in the High Court on Monday. The company was incorporated on Novembeer 28, 1986, with a nominal capital of $5OO. Two winding up orders were consolidated. The first, Dai-Ichi Distributors, Ltd, proved a debt for
$20,031 for electronic goods supplied in May and June, 1987. and the second. A.M.I. Electronics. Ltd, for $10,576 for articles supplied in June and July, 1987. Smiths City (Christchurch), Ltd, claimed a debt for $1632 for appliances, furniture, hardware and building materials supplied in July. 1986, and the Christchurch Press Company. Ltd, a debt for $2623.
