Cerebos offer extended
Cerebos Pacific Holdings has extended its take-over offer for Cerebos Greggs to May 17. The offer was scheduled to close on Monday. Cerebos Pacific said it had received acceptances for 3,273,086 Cerebos Greggs shares.
