Pair admit to cruelty charge

PA ' Auckland Two men have admitted to beating and stabbing a puppy in Papakura last month. Robert William Marrett, aged 21, a machine operator, and Anthony Charlton, aged 18, unemployed, pleaded guilty yesterday in the District Court in Papakura, to a joint charge of cruelly ill-treat-ing an animal.
