Families issues
Rangiora reporter The issues facing young families in the Christchurch and Timaru Plunket districts will be aired at the annual district conference of the Plunket Society in Rangiora on May 3. About 230 delegates from al! Plunket branches in the area will attend the one-day meeting. Delegates will discuss Plunket administration, nominate two national councillors from each district and take part in a variety of workshops. The workshops will help voluntary members to apply the same system of administration that applies throughout New Zealand. The conference will be host to the society’s national president, Mrs Joan Hunt, of Waverley.
