Here is a warm-up to get you started on that excercise programme that will firm your body and jog your memory. Sit with your left leg extended on the floor. Tuck your right leg comfortably inward, not outward. Lift your torso tall then lean comfortably over your left leg. Use your left hand for support. You should feel a gentle stretch along the back of your left leg. Hold without bouncing for 30 seconds or more. Reverse positions for a stretch on the right leg and hold again. Repeat as desired. Suggested Music: “I Need You” by Herb Alpert.
