Cathedral Grammar pre-schoolers escort their dinosaur along Park Terrace yesterday. Leading the prehistoric creature by the nose is Michael Coeland, aged three, and at left, momentarily distracted, is Belynda Cameron, aged four. The parent-helper is Michael s mother, Mrs Heather Coeland. The dinosaur was made by Michael’s father, Mr Ross Coeland, to assist with a study the children are making of dinosaurs. It was too large to fit in a car so the children and parents decided to carry it from Carlton Mill Road to the school. -Photograph by JULIANNE MYERS-POULSEN
