Amcor buys in U.S.
NZPA-Reuter Melbourne The Australian paper, packaging and investment group Amcor, Ltd, said it paid SUS9O million (5NZ145.8 million) for an initial 48 per cent of the issued shares of California-based Sunclipse Inc.
Amcor said it would buy the remaining 52 per cent of Sunclipse within three years for an additional SUS 96 million under a deal announced earlier this month.
