Universities squad
Andrew Simcock, John McCaw, John Jackson, Mark McAtamney and Tavita Sio are the Canterbury representatives in the New Zealand Universities rugby squad for this season. McAtamney and McCaw gained selection for the first time. The full squad, selected by Messrs E. Taylor (Otago, convener), L. M. O’Reilly (Canterbury), J. Hobbs (Victoria) and K.
