Bridge result higher
Record oil production helped Bridge Oil to a 16 per cent rise in net equity profit of sAust24.96 million (SNZ33.2BM) in the year to December 31. But record ouput of 4.1 M barrels (3.1 M previously) was offset by a 30 per cent slump in crude oil prices. Turnover rose 17 per cent to $63.17M, and other income jumped 52 per cent to $48.4M. No dividend was declared, but the payment of a dividend will be considered after June 30 when options have been converted.
