Britain’s Fine Young Cannibals made it three weeks in a row at the top of the South Island top 20 pop singles chart this week with “She Drives Me Crazy.” The Proclaimers, of Scotland, have mounted a strong challenge ‘ with “I'm On My Way,” the follow-up to their No. 1 hit “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles).” “I’m On My Way” made its listing debut this week at No. 4.
