ANZ expands
The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group will acquire a 25 per cent interest in the Bangkok-based, publicly listed finance compnay, General Finance and Securities Company, for an undisclosed price. Newmont div. Newmont Australia, a Mel-bourne-based gold miner, has declared a 2.5 c a share dividend payable on April 14.
