Fry. _ w. G. Fry, of 103 Marshfoot Lane, Hailsham, East Sussex, 8N27 2RD, England, seeks information on the New Zealand branch of his family. Rose and Fred Fry were two of the five children of John Thomas and Mary Fry. Rose lived at Eastbourne, Sussex, before coming to New Zealand about 1923. Robinson and Collier. — Mr H. T. Jones, of 40 Puriri St, Waikanae, seeks information on the descendants of Robert Levely Robinson (especially his son, Richard), and George and Anne Collier, all of whom arrived in Wellington on the Lady Nugent in 1841. Robert Robinson and his first wife, Alice Dring, were born and married in Haddenham, Cambridgeshire. Mr Robinson’s second wife was Ann Hammond. The Colliers are said to have lived in Hawkechurch, Dorset.

Summerfield. — Mrs Winsley Wighton is attempting to trace descendants of her great-grand-father, Albert Summerfield, once of Lyttelton and Oxford, who went to Melbourne about 100 years ago. His parents, Henry and Rebecca, stayed behind with 10 of his brothers and sisters, including Philip, James, William and Thomas. Palmer - Reed.— Mr Ray Palmer, of 57 East Belt, Rangiora, seeks information about descendants of Sarah Palmer and George Reed, of Coutts Island. Sarah Palmer, the widow of Robert Fowle Palmer (who died in 1879), married George Reed in 1880. Sarah and Robert Palmer, and their daugh-

ters, Florence and Alice, arrived in Lyttelton from Norfolk, England, on the Atrato in 1874. A son, Herbert Walter, was born in 1877. Wagstaff.—Henry and Mary Ann Wagstaff (nee Walley/ Whalley) left London in 1857 and settled in or near Christchurch. Of their children, Henry married Sarah Taylor in 1860; Charles married Serena Gredus; Emily married William Oliver in 1855; Mary married Edmund Campbell in 1859; Matilda married Fred Lee in 1867; Caroline married George Pritchard in 1865; Jessie married Daniel Riches in 1878. Mrs Pat Braddish (24 Chevron Court, Seaford 3198, Victoria, Australia) seeks information on family descendants. Corcoran.—A Mrs Corcoran and her family of three sons and four daughters arrived at Port Chalmers on February 6, 1876, from County Galway. Mr S.
