DEMOLITION OF WASHDYKE LAGOON OUTFALL CALL FOR TENDERS THE Timaru City Council invites contractors to tender for the explosive demolition of the Washdyke Lagoon Outfall, Timaru. The outfall is 140 metres in length comprising a submarine outfall and hammerhead ended pipeline. A concrete plug is to be constructed in the outfall pipe inland prior to blasting, and the outfall demolition is to Include Manhole "M,” a reinforced concrete structure on the beach.
