IPE change
Inter Pacific Equity has received Australian Corporate Affairs Commission approval to change its name to McConnell Dowell Corp. The change was approved by shareholders at a meeting on November 15. The company will be listed as McConnell Dowell on the New Zealand and Australian stock exchanges.
