Public Notices NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CLUB LIQUOR LICENCE THE New Brighton Association Football Club Incorporated, an incorporated society under the provisions of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and having its premises at 166 Bexley Road, Christchurch, has made application to the Licensing Control Commission for a club licence in respect of its premises situated at 166 Bexley Road, Christchurch, to authorise the sale and disposal of liquor for consumption on the premises. The purposes of the Club is to foster the football code in the Bexley and New Brighton areas of Christchurch. The licence is sought throughout the period from February 1 to October 31 in each year on Saturdays from 12 midday to 7 p.m., on Sundays from 12 midday to 6 p.m., and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of this application may, not later than 14 days from the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of his objection and of the grounds thereof with the Secretary of the Licensing Control Commission at Wellington.
