| Situations Vacant Situations Vacant New Zealand [jj Dairy Research Institute Technical Officer The Institute has a vacancy for a Supervising Technical Officer/First Assistant in the Casein Products Section of the Dairy Products Development Centre, The successful appointee, who will report to the Pilot Plant Manager (Casein), will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the casein pilot plant including manufacture, sampling and storage of casein products, according to the experimental programme developed within the Casein Products Section. Applicants for this position should have a minimum educational qualification of the Diploma in Dairy Technology together with practical experience preferably in the Casein Industry.
