Sir,—l agree with Brian Davies (February 13). I feel that he should have been paid one fourth prize plus four fifth prizes, as this is how the permutation works out This is treating the bonus number as a banker. I feel that the Lotteries Commission should review some other things as well, notably the non-publica-tion of its rules. I approached a Lotto agent last year for a look at the rules. They could not after 10 minutes searching by two people find a copy. If the com-

mission can afford to put “Trix To Pick Your Six” in my letterbox it can afford to put a booklet of its rules in the same place. I disagree with the jackpot idea, too. Each Lotto game should be a "oncer.” If the first prize is not won it should be distributed prorata among the minor prizes. — Yours etc.,
