This will encompass all facets of local representation and marketing, along with organising promotional material and advertising campaigns, which will require a high degree of professional selling ability plus imagination. The requirements are flexible; however, a minimum of three years property experience is envisaged and ideally a strong commercial background with marketing experience at a managerial level within the property or real estate industry. Preferred age 30-40. High levels of discipline and self motivation are a prerequisite as is the ability to operate and communicate in a professional manner in this autonomous role.
