Fox’s fate
The Auckland and All Black rugby first fiveeighths, Grant Fox, is resigned to missing some play in the cricket test at Wellington today. An employee of Harvard Sports Marketing, Fox will help to erect a giant television screen at the Adelaide Road end of the Basin Reserve. Shipping delays prevented the screen arriving in time for the whole Rothmans cricket series. It landed in Auckland from Europe on Wednesday and is being trucked to Wellington. A new version of the giant screen used at Eden Park late last winter, it has been leased by Harvard and will remain in New Zealand at least until the 1990 Commonwealth Games.
