The Whey Products Section of the New Zealand Dairy Research Institute has a vacancy for a scientist who will bring an understanding of protein structure and chemistry to the application and performance of whey protein products in food systems. The applicant will be required to communicate trends, issues and ideas which arise from the study of this area, act as a consultant to the New Zealand dairy industry and carry out various research projects. The qualifications required are a good degree in science or food technology. A higher degree and some research experience would be prefer able.
