Due to continued expansion, several opportunities exist for suitable qualified ano experienced candidates. • Candidtates must have a minimum of two years experience within a modern milk manufacturing environment and be familiar with the techniques and disciplines associated with the processing of cultured milk products such as cheese and yoghurt. The ideal candidates will hold a tertiary qualification in dairy food science and have the potential to progress quickly to assume a managerial role. Career prospects within the organisation are excellent. All packages are on a single contract basis with right of renewal, mtitially for two years.
