NZPA-Reuter Guadalajara, Mexico A New Zealander, Lesley Potter, was in seventh place after the opening day of the World Cup ten pin bowling championships yesterday. Ruth Guerster, a 50-year-old Australian housewife, set the pace, shooting four 200-plus games to lead the women’s competition with 1237 pins after the six-game first round. Potter was on 1114 pins.
