Directors remanded

NZPA-AAP Brisbane Two former directors of Ariadne Australia companies were remanded in Brisbane Magistrates Court until next year on a total 27 charges relating to alleged breaches of the Companies Code. Judge Robert Quinlan, remanded Frank Cobham until April 14 and Graham Cubbin until March 28 on their own undertaking.' Mr Cobham faces one charge of authorising an Ariadne subsidiary, Ariadne Finance, to give financial assistance in the acquisition of 1.6 million shares in its holding company. He has been charged with a further 24 counts of falsifying the books of Ariadne Finance for amounts totalling $Au5t12,077,104.
