BIL staff issue
Brierley Investments has allotted 10M shares at 11c a share to Phoenix Fund Managers, the trustee for certain employees and directors
under a staff share trust. The shares have been paid to 1c and no further payment is due until November 28, 1991. Brierley last traded for 118 c a share.
