Elders move
Elders IXL has moved to privatise its Hong Kong-listed subsidiary, Elders Investments, with an offer of US33Oc a share and US2Oc a warrant for the 25 per cent of the company it does not already own. The bid will let minority shareholders in the investment company get out at their entry price, and will cost Elders about SUSI 44 million (SNZ22OM) for outstanding shares and up to SUS6.6M for the warrants.
