No sign of missing Auckland director
PA Auckland The police say they have exhausted leads on the whereabouts of the Kinetic Investments director, Mr Mike Eaton, wanted on charges of theft in relation to his collapsed Auckland company. The Auckland fraud squad believes the Mr Easton, aged 29, is still in Australia with his secre-
tary, Ms Christine Frampton. The pair went to Australia about October 22, but failed to return to work at the futures company. Kinetic was placed in provisional liquidation a week later after it was found that $6.5 million out of $7.4 million of investors’ funds was unaccounted for.
