Contract
Downer and Co., Ltd, has been awarded the contract to build the 21-level Kingsway Development at the railway station end of Lambton Quay in Wellington. The building, owned by Government Property Services, Ltd, will house Members of Parliament and staff for 10 years from the end of 1990 whije Parliament buildings are being strengthened.
