NBNZ BOARD APPOINTMENT The Chairman of The National Bank announced today that Sir Spencer Russell, former Governer of the Reserve Bank, has rejoined The National Bank’s Board. Mr David Tudhope said Sir Spencer's long service to the banking industry made his appointment as a Director particularly valuable to the Bank. Sir Spencer earlier served as a Director from 1978-1984, in his capacity as The National Bank’s General Manager.
