Molokai stake
Brierley Investments’ Industrial Equity (Pacific) subsidiary said it and D. S. Kennedy and Co. have received and accepted 322,559 common shares of Molokai Ranch, Ltd, in response to their tender offer for all shares at SUSSS each that expired on November 1, giving them 87 per cent ownership of Molokai Ranch.
