Bus winners
As Commuto, the game for Christchurch Transport Board commuters, entered its third week, four people had won cash prizes of $lOO. But no-one had claimed the major cash prize which has jackpotted to $16,000. To qualify for the major prize, the six randomly selected computer printed numbers on your ticket must match Saturday’s official Lotto draw. To win $lOO, the first five numbers must be the same as the winning combination. As the stakes increase, travelling by bus could turn you into a winner. The bus driver will give you a Commuto ticket every time you travel on a bus along with your ticket. Save your tickets and check them with the
official Lotto draw each Saturday night. The ticket remains valid throughout the campaign, so you have several chances with each ticket to come up with the winning bination. The bonus number is printed on the left hand side of the ticket. If this corresponds with the official bonus number, you qualify for the prize on the reverse side of the ticket. This could be a substantial discount or incentive from one of a number of city or suburban retailers. , You can claim your cash prize by bringing your ticket to the Transport Board kiosk in the Square or by telephoning Empha Marketing, the campaign organisers, 662650.
