Live theatresports
“What Now” presents the final of the Tip Top Junior Theatresports challenge live on air on Saturday, October 15. The challenge is - the first of its kind; the first time theatresports has been played in New Zealand with a 12 to 15-year age group, and the first time theatresports has been played live on television.
The event involves 18 Christchurch secondary and intermediate schools. Four nights of eliminations are being held at Christchurch Girls’ High School auditorium this week. The winning eight teams will contest the final on Saturday morning. Instructors from the Court Theatre have been training the competitors.
