National Training Manager UNITED REALTY WORLD is a major force in the New Zealand real estate industry with some 68 branches and over 450 sales people. The group consists of wholly owned and franchised outlets and is committed to meeting the demands of a changing real estate environment. It is currently committed to implementing significant actions which will ensure planned profitable growth into the next decade. Essentially this is a new position reporting to the General Manager — Residential. The appointee will be fully accountable tor the development, implementation and management of all training and development activities and systems. In addition the appointee will be expected to contribute through evaluation and recommendation to recruitment and selection procedures and standards. The ideal candidates will be self motivated, enthusiastic, team oriented individuals who possess excellent communication skills. They will be professional and thorough in their approach and able to apply initiative. Past experience in real estate and/or human resource development would be advantageous.
