Essentially this is a new position reporting to the General Manager — Residential. The appointee will be fully accountable tor the development, implementation and management of all training and development activities and systems. In addition the appointee will be expected to contribute through evaluation and recommendation to recruitment and selection procedures and standards. The ideal candidates will be self motivated, enthusiastic, team oriented individuals who possess excellent communication skills. They will be professional and thorough in their approach and able to apply initiative. Past experience in real estate and/or human resource development would be advantageous.
