Goodman Fielder Wattie (Asia) Pte, Ltd, a unit of Goodman Fielder Wattie, said it had acquired Singapore’s Quality Bakers (Asia) Pte, Ltd. This was part of the next phase of the group’s commitment to expanding its food activities throughout Asia, Mr Noel Robertson, chairman of Goodman Fielder Wattie, said. The statement did not disclose the price and no further details were given.
