Intergraph contract
Boeing Aerospace has awarded a contract to Intergraph Corporation for computer graphics systems to be used in the design of the NASA space station.
The first stage of the contract, valued at SUSI.B million, is being installed at Boeing’s facility in Huntsville, Alabama.
Boeing will use the Intergraph system to design modules for laboratories and crew quarters. In addition, it will be used to design audio and video systems, air locks and life support systems. The system will also host the entire CAD/CAE database for the space station project.
