Coronet to mop up U.K. arm
PA Wellington Coronet Equities NZ, Ltd, said it has received acceptances for 91 per cent of the shares it sought in Coronet United Kingdom, Ltd, and intends to compulsorily acquire the rest. Coronet Equities directors said they now held 97.64 per cent of the ordinary shares in Coronet United Kingdom and would compulsorily acquire the rest to avoid ongoing listing and share registry costs. They expected to post scrip and cash to Coronet United Kingdom shareholders this week.
