Rupert Murdoch's News Corp will offer shares on the Hong Kong sharemarket through a secondary listing, a spokesman for Standard Chartered Asia said. Standard Chartered Asia is News
Corp's financial adviser. The spokesman said a secondary listing means News Corp will not issue new shares in Hong Kong, but will offer shares already traded on other markets outside the colony. The offer starts on Thursday.
