FAI Insurances subsidiary, FAI Investments (NZ), has received clearances from the Overseas Investment Commission and the Commerce Commission for its takeover of
Met Life Group. FAI bought a 38 per cent shareholding from Met Life's directors a month ago and made the same 185 c a share offer to other shareholders. It said it now held 69.6 per cent
