Maori art exhibition

An exhibition of contemporary Maori art has opened at London's New Zealand House. One of the first to view the display was the GovernorGeneral, Sir Paul Reeves, on holiday in Britain. The exhibition, featuring paintings, wood carvings and pottery by well known Maori artists, was declared open by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Marshall.
