Her position as listing card manager also involved producing Harcourts exclusive listings cards for all salespeople, on which full details are given of each property listed with Harcourts. This system enables sales people to receive full information on exclusive listings within 48 hours.
RICCARTON Situated in Rotherham Street just off Riccarton Road, the Riccarton office was the first to be established by Stephen Collins and the base from which the organisation has grown. It services the northwest areas including Riccarton, Fendalton, Ham, Burnside and Avonhead, and has a sales team of 14. The Riccarton office is ideally situated for people shopping at the new Countdown centre <. SHIRLEY The Shirley office of Harcourts opened on March 12 this year, and consists of ll sales people as well as the manager and office administrator. It covers the Shirley, Richmond, Dallington, Mairehau, Burwood, Avonside and St Albans areas, and has already built up a considerable share of its market. It has a high profile in the community, sponsoring sports clubs and producing the Shirley Plunket newsletter. SANDIE O’BRIEN National training administrator. DIANNE ROBINSON Riccarton manager. Dianne joined Collins Real Estate nine years ago, and has lived and worked in the north-west region throughout this time. She took over the management of the Riccarton office in April of this year. Dianne is married with two children and has a keen interest in gardening and walking. MIKE GREEN Shirley manager. Mike began his real estate career in Auckland at the age of 19, before spending two and a half years in Britain and Europe.
