BARRINGTON Well situated close to the Barrington shopping mall, the Barrington office has a good rapport with the local people, combining a wide price range with specialised local knowledge, and being prepared to extend their help over a wider area when necessary. Its staff are all local people who are well up with the market and the office has an average monthly turnover of $4.5 million. The 14-strong sales team regard their area as one of the most exciting in Christchurch, CITY The city office of Harcourts is located in Deloitte House, 32 Oxford Terrace. It covers . all areas of Christchurch, but specialises in the upper end of the market, dealing with inner city housing, historical properties and rural farmlets. From their central position overlooking the river the Harcourts City team is in easy reach of the more exclusive residential areas of Fendalton and Cashmere.

DAWN SHEARD Barrington manager. Dawn has been managing the Barrington office since March of this year, having been actively involved in selling for eight years beforehand. She enjoys the challenge of motivating her staff and helping them to reach their full potential. ERROL HUSSEY Beckenham manager. Errol has been managing the Beckenham office for the last two years, and has been with Harcourts Real Estate since its inception and with Collins _ Real Estate before it. A local resident, Errol takes a keen interest in ensuring that the service his office offers is of the highest quality. JACOB SCHRIEK Brighton manager. Jacob began his real estate career in 1963, and became an associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand in 1970. He . went into' business for himself in 1972, operating in the Barrington and New Brighton areas. Jacob is a highly respected man with a reputation for generosity and integrity. BILL LLOYD City manager. Bill has been employed in the real estate industry since 1972, and joined Collins Real Estate, in 1977. He trained in personnel management with the New Zealand Institute of Management and was the first manager appointed by Stephen Collins to open Harcourts City office.

CAROLYN HUGHES Fendalton manager. Carolyn trained as a teacher before joining Collins Real Estate eight years ago, and has since specialised in the residential area. She is well-known throughout the area, and has a reputation of running a tight and highly motivated team. MURRAY HOLGATE Hornby manager. Murray has recently been appointed as the Hornby manager after four and a half successful years as a sales person for the City office. He has an excellent knowledge of the Hornby area which stems from his R.N.Z.A.F. career at Wigram. PHILIP ROTHERHAM Papanui manager. Philip has been involved in and living in the north of the city all his working life. He joined Collins Real Estate in 1978, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in his area. He took over the management of the Papanui office two and a half years ago. GEOFFREY TWISS Rangiora manager. Geoffrey has been with the Rangiora office since it first opened, and has been living in the area and working in real estate for the last seven years.
