‘EastEnders’ star hurt in crash
NZPA-PA London The “East Enders star, Christopher Reich, was recovering in hospital yesterday after a car crash on ttie Al; ' ~ n . M. Reich, aged 43, who plays Dr David Samuels in the hit television soap, suffered broken ribs, a broken nose and back injuries in the crash at Borehamwood. He was on his way to an “Eastenders” rehearsal at Elstree Studios when the crash happened. He was' taken to Barnet General Hospital, where he was said to be in a satisfactory condition. The actor’s agent, Scott Marshall, said Reich was badly hurt but not critical. “He has a broken nose and broken ribs and possibly some damage to vertabrae, so he will be sore for some time, but he should make a full recovery,” he said.
