FAR issues ‘don’t sell’
PA Wellington Finance and Resources yesterday i issued a “don’t sell” notice, advising the Stock Exchange that directors are considering a reconstruction scheme. The Wellington-based investment banker and resource developer said the
proposal would result in a substantial reconstruction of the capital structure and asset base of the company. The board will call an extraordinary general meeting for shareholders to vote on the proposal. Details of this will be given within the next two weeks.
