No. 39675) — On September 22,1988 (suddenly), at Christchurch Hospital, dearly loved husband of Daphne, loved father and father-in-law of Harvey and Claudia, and Alan and the late Gloria Withers, and loved granddad of Sharon, Rachael, Stuart and Patricia, and Andrew and Adrian Withers.
