NZI to delist
NZJ Corp is to delist from London’s International Stock Exchange from September 30. The company said in a statement that arrangements made with Britain’s General Accident Fire and Life Assurance Corp, Pic, had "changed NZl’s geographic strategies and its need for equity-linked funding.” General Accident acquired a 51 per cent shareholding in NZI in June this year through the purchase of Brierley Investments’ 38 per cent holding.
