SEED CERTIFICATION CLOSING DATE Growers of certified seed in Canterbury, Marlborough and Nelson are reminded that entries for certification of all Ryegrass (excluding Moata), White Clover, Browntop (excluding N.Z.), Chicory, Dogstail, Fescue, Lotus, Lupins, Lucerne, Paspalum, Phalaris, Prairie Grass, Sulla, Smooth Brome, Timothy, Upland Brome and Yorkshire Fog for the 1988/89 season close at MAF offices on Monday, October 3,1988 at 4.30 p.m. SEED CERTIFICATION CHARGES 1988/89 SEASON For each entry with a closing date of October 3,1988 the basic charge for a crop requiring one inspection is $54.50, Nil Inspection Crops $40.00. A new travel component is payable on a per paddock basis and details can be obtained from your nearest MAF office. Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the MAF and are subject to an additional charge of $25 per entry. Growers who enter five or more crops with a common certification closing date will receive a 5% discount on the total account. 10% GST is to be added to all charges.
