BROWN, Ruby Frances — On September 12, 1988, at Walmate Hospital, dearly loved wife of John Raymond Brown, McNamaras Road, 9 R.D., Walmate, loved wife of the late George Charles Johnston (Sheffield), dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Marlon and Harley Moore (Wanaka, now Ranglora), Gregory and the late Colleen Johnston (Tlmaru), Lindsay and Lynne Johnston (Christchurch), and Rosalind and Phil Walsh (Tauranga), loved stepmother of Trevor Brown (Melbourne), Jeannette and Colin Gillespie (Havelock), and Ross and Bld Brown (Hook), and a loved grandmother and great-grand-mother; In her 79th year. R.I.P. Garden flowers only, please. A Requiem Mass will be held at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Darfield, This Day (Wednesday), at 11 a.m., followed by interment at the churchyard.
