To fill these new divisional management positions they require highly motivated, creative and experienced executives with proven track records of effective commercial management. GENERAL MANAGER, MARKETING AND SUPPLY (Position 1150) Senior position reporting to the Chief Executive and having responsibility for development of marketing strategies, maintenance of competitive pricing policy, provision of effective distribution systems with high standards of service to customers, and planning of future distribution requirements to meet customer demand. The person we seek will; — have a strong background of sales and marketing, probably in the area of energy products such as electricity, petroleum products or coal. — have a tertiary qualification in a commercial discipline or engineering. — have strong negotiating skills. — be responsive to problems, effective in seeking information and resolving issues. — be receptive to change with good organisational and team building skills. GENERAL MANAGER, ENGINEERING CONTRACTING (Position 1151) Responsible for leading and developing the contracting division to provide engineering services to other divisions and to outside customers.
